SaaS platforn that allows Integrators monitor his/hers student's performance and report to the relevant parties. Integration in education is a rapidly growing field nowadays. The objective of this field is to guarantee success for students with disabilities in regular education settings through integration. However, students' success often depends on external factors, such as adapting the education system to meet their needs.

The role of an integrator is challenging as they must manage and share information about a child's daily activities with four recipients, including the child's parents, a therapist, and a teacher. This responsibility falls on the integrator during school hours.

Creating a system that allows organizing information about the child they are responsible for and ensuring that relevant recipients receive it is vital. This will make it easier to monitor the child's performance and provide various agencies with pertinent information regarding the child in their field.

UX Research and user interviews

To get to know our users better, we conducted a UX research to identify and learned about all types of potential users, including those that the platform may have influenced: the integrators, parents, teachers, psychologists and children. During the initial phase of the research, we questioned and interviewed our primary users, the integrators, about their work, needs, difficulties, and more.

Takeaways from the interviews

The integrators need an orderly place where they can fill out a report on the child's behaviour and send it to the relevant authorities.
the platform better not be through WhatsApp
The parents must receive the update daily when the child returns from school so that they know how to behave and treat the child at home according to what happened that day and his emotional state.
The psychologist and the teacher only need to receive the report once a week.
The psychologist is trusted to create tasks for the child [and thus the integrator] which correspond to his problem. If a child, for example, has difficulty integrating socially, the integrator must help the child create social situations in which he can integrate.

KPI’s

How much information is communicated versus how much is missed

• How aware are the parents of the child's state?
• How confident do the parents feel about the child's state
• How long does it take parents to get the information?
• How many reports have been sent
• How long does it take for the integrator to fill out the report?

Jobs To Be Done

Report the student’s progress to all of the relevant recipients

• Observe the goals assigned to the student on a given day.
• Evaluate and write feedback for every assigned goal.
• Add evaluations to the daily report.
• Send the report manually or defined a fixed hour\day.
• Edit evaluations.
• Review the current and past reports.
• Edit recipients to a report.
• Scheduled a fixed time/day for the reports to be sent.
